Our Christian Health Center is a 116-bed Medicare/Medicaid approved facility offering personal, intermediate and skilled nursing care. Tastefully furnished private and semi-private rooms await new residents. And we encourage residents to bring decorative items to personalize their room. Our center offers:

Admissions
Our Admissions Coordinator works with all residents and families to ensure a smooth transition into our health center. We start with a thorough assessment of the potential resident’s current medical status and capabilities, to determine whether our facilities can offer the right level of service with their need.
Daily rates are determined by the type of care required and are based upon each resident’s ability to meet these responsibilities. Confidentiality regarding individual finances is assured for each resident. Please contact us for additional information on Medicare and Medicaid benefits as well as other financial matters.
